  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 large leaf spring greens
  • ½ cucumber
  • ¼ red pepper deseeded
  • 1 apple (Cox or Braeburn are favourites)
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1 handful spinach leaves

Tip: leaves can be tricky to juice, so push them through your juices with other ingredients.

Our big aim is to help you live a more radiant lifestyle, which goes far beyond regular juice cleanses (though these are a must!). NEOM Organics make products for your bath, body and home that contain no parabens, petrochemicals or other nasties and instead use pure essential oils and the finest organic ingredients. Check out our quick Q&A below with gorgeous trained aromatherapist and former glossy magazine editor Nicola Elliott, Founder & Director of NEOM.

How can aromatherapy and natural scents help us when on a cleanse?

When you’re on a cleanse and your body is ridding toxins it’s important to use organic and natural products. This guarantees zero chemicals are going back into your body. Essential oils will also help. When you breathe in essential oils (whether you breathe them in from a lit candle or by adding a touch of bath & shower oil to your décolletage when you’re in the shower in the morning) they’ll act as holistic treatments helping you to feel revived, relaxed or simply pampered.

Which scents are best to support your body when cleansing?

You’ll need something to support you. I recommend scents such as Cedarwood which is balancing and peaceful and Chamomile which is calming and soothing. We’ve used these two essential oils in our scent called Inspiration and added Violet – this is the best trio to make you feel motivated and kick start your new beginning.

Which scents do you rely on to relax at the end of a long day?

Lavender is the key! For the ultimate, I rely on French Lavender. Our Relax scent combines French Lavender with Geranium & Juniper - it’s deeply relaxing and the best pre-bedtime sleep inducer.
