We are delighted to announce our partnership with luxury organic spa brand ila, launching in January 2013. Naturally we had to test out Blythswood for the purposes of this partnership! And we can say with absolute conviction that it a truly incredible boutique hotel. • 3 medium carrots
• 1 large leaf spring greens
• ½ cucumber
• ¼ red pepper deseeded
• 1 apple (Cox or Braeburn are favourites)
• 1 lemon (peeled)
• 1 handful spinach leaves

Tip: leaves can be tricky to juice, so push them through your juices with other ingredients.
