When will my delivery be made?

We have different delivery options depending on your postcode.
Across most of mainland UK we deliver in the morning on the first day of your cleanse.
For some central London postcodes we also offer delivery the night before your cleanse starts should you find this more convenient (A full list of the postcodes covered for evening delivery is available below).

At the start of the booking process you will be asked to submit your postcode and the relevant options will be shown to you. For some London postcodes that do not fall within this delivery zone we may still be able to arrange evening delivery for you, but this will be on a case by case basis and will incur a small additional fee. We use a reputable third party courier service. Please bear in mind when organising your schedule that we cannot guarantee your juices will be delivered by the specified time. Our courier will always aim to achieve their service time however there may be unavoidable delays due to road traffic accidents or weather conditions. If you need to check on your delivery please email us on info@radiancecleanse.com.

How often do you deliver?

Our juices are made on a Norwalk cold-press juice extractor, meaning that they will remain fresh for three days, provided they are refrigerated as instructed. As such you will receive one delivery for a three day cleanse, and two deliveries for a five day cleanse. This creates less hassle for you and is the environmentally-friendly choice for us since it keeps our juice miles low.

How is my delivery made?

For deliveries made in the morning we use a reputable third party national courier company. For central London evening deliveries we have our own team of drivers.

The juices are packed in an environmentally friendly coolbag with specialist chillpacks. This helps keep the juices at the right temperature whilst they are being shipped. The coolbags are placed inside a box to help protect them further.

Your delivery address

We will make delivery to your address as stated when you set up an account or update that address. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions.

You must have a working bell at your address as we cannot guarantee that drivers will call to gain access. We therefore cannot use an address which relies on a driver calling you to come down to your work reception, for example.

You are responsible for ensuring that any delivery point given for a work address is acceptable to your employer for personal deliveries. If it is possible that you may be unable to accept delivery in person you must provide us with a back up contact person who will be available.

Please make any changes to your delivery address within our order deadlines. Please note that we are not obliged to accommodate late changes to your delivery address.

Delivery terms and conditions

In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or other place specified to us or damaged while there we do not accept liability and will offer compensation only at our discretion.

If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have given to us for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to make other arrangements. We will normally contact you using the telephone number that you have registered on your account and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on this number. If we are unable to deliver in such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge you for that cleanse in any event. If we cannot deliver to you through no fault of ours and we arrange an alternative delivery point with you we reserve the right to charge you for the alternative arrangements. The price charged will depend on the cost to us and will be applied on a case by case basis.

If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes.
