We are very pleased to share that our juice range has now undergone the gold standard of lab testing at a UKAS accredited laboratory. We recognise the importance of having nutritional information that is reliable and we are delighted to share this with you.   
 
As a company co-founded by a nutritionist, the quality and nutritional value of our juices is paramount and we know it’s just as important to our clients as it is to us.

The updated nutritional testing came back with some fascinating results. With some of the calories being up to 60% less than we anticipated and with a 40% reduction in natural sugar content in some cases.

Sea Salt Cacao Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 270 g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 100 g chopped raw nuts
  • 20 g desiccated or shredded coconut
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 120 ml maple syrup (optional)
  • 90 g vegan dark chocolate chips or chunks

DIRECTIONS

- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

- In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, nuts, coconut, chia seeds, coconut sugar, salt, and cocoa powder. Stir to combine.

- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the coconut oil and maple syrup until melted and combined. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix or stir well.

- Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet (or more baking sheets if making a larger batch) and bake for 17-24 minutes (or until fragrant and deep golden brown), stirring a bit near the halfway point to ensure even baking. Let cool completely. Then add chocolate (optional). 

- Place in a container that has an air-tight seal, and it should keep for a few weeks. Or store in the freezer up to 1 month or longer.
