Book Your Summer Cleanse

As the sun begins to shine brighter and nature undergoes its vibrant transformation, it's the perfect time to prioritize your well-being and book on your summer cleanse. At Radiance, we encourage cleansing with the change of the seasons, and what better way to rejuvenate than aligning your cleanse with the arrival of summer?

Embrace the Natural Rhythm of the Seasons.

Nature operates in beautiful cycles, and by syncing our health practices with these cycles, we can optimize our well-being. The shift from spring to summer brings about increased energy, abundance of fresh produce, and a desire for lightness. By booking your summer cleanse, you align yourself with this natural rhythm, allowing your body to detoxify, reset, and embrace the vitality of the season.

Boost Your Energy Levels

Summer is a time of increased outdoor activities, social gatherings and holidays. A summer cleanse acts as a refreshing pause, providing your body with a break from processed foods, refined sugars, and toxins. By nourishing yourself with our organic, cold-pressed juices, you replenish your body with essential nutrients, supporting its natural detoxification processes and leaving you feeling revitalized and ready to make the most of the season.

The longer daylight hours and warmer temperatures of summer invite us to be more active and enjoy the outdoors. However, if you're feeling sluggish or weighed down, it may be challenging to fully embrace the joys of the season. A summer cleanse can help kickstart your energy levels, leaving you feeling lighter, more vibrant, and ready to seize the day. Say goodbye to that persistent fatigue and welcome a newfound sense of vitality.

Embrace Mindful Eating Habits

A summer cleanse offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body and become more aware of what you're putting into it. By taking a break from processed and unhealthy foods, you reset your palate and break free from cravings. This awareness allows you to cultivate mindful eating habits and make more conscious choices even after your cleanse is complete. Embrace the summer season as a time to prioritize whole, unprocessed foods that nourish your body and support your overall well-being.

Book your summer cleanse and embark on a journey of refreshment, vitality, and radiance. Embrace the natural rhythm of the seasons, rejuvenate your body, boost your energy levels, enhance your glow, and cultivate mindful eating habits. Allow this summer to be a season of self-care and transformation as you step into a brighter, healthier you.

Cauliflower steak with olive and caper salsa

by Olivia Cartwright, , link

  • 1 (1.5 kg) cauliflower, medium head
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

For the olive and caper salsa

  • 60 g chilli stuffed olives
  • 1 tablespoon baby capers, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped finely
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil

To finish

  • flaky salt, to taste
  • black pepper, freshly cracked
  • fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Drizzle a large metal baking tray with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Place the cauliflower on a chopping board, resting on the stalk. Holding the head gently, slice the cauliflower into 5-6 thick slices (each about 1 inch wide).
  3. Place the cauliflower slices gently on the prepared tray. Drizzle the top with remaining olive oil.
  4. Roast in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Increase oven temperature to 200°C (if your oven has a grill setting, turn it on). Roast for a further 15-20 minutes at this higher temperature till the cauliflower is starting to char and brown nicely. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  6. Place all ingredients for the salsa in a small glass jar. Mix well.
  7. Spoon prepared salsa over the cauliflower steaks. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt flakes, freshly ground black pepper and chopped parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.
